PURCHASING A PUPPY

If you want to reserve a puppy we require a $250 non refundable deposit to hold the puppy. This deposit guarantees that the seller will hold the puppy for the buyer. The deposit also is a guarantee that the buyer will complete the purchase of the puppy. If the buyer does not complete the purchase of the puppy within the agreed upon time, the deposit will not be refunded or tranferred to another puppy.
The deposit will only be refunded or transferred to another puppy if there is a medical condition with the original puppy. All puppies will be vet checked prior to final sale. If our vet detects a problem you will have the right to pick another puppy or receive a refund.
The deposit goes towards the purchase price of the puppy.
The balance is due 1 week prior to shipping the puppy. If you are driving to get your puppy then balance is due upon receiving the puppy.
We will book the flight for your puppy as soon as puppy is paid in full. We have to make a vet appointment to get the puppy in for a health certificate before we can ship. To ensure that the flight is not booked up we recommend you pay balance in full a week prior to the expected ship date.

We can accept Visa/mastercard credit cards over the phone or all major credit cards through Pay Pal. A 3% buyers premium is added for this service which is retained by Pay Pal. We can also recieve payment thru Western Union or Money Gram.

HEALTH GUARANTEE
We want our puppies to be healthy and happy companions. We want the best start for our puppies. We beleive a good vaccination program is essential, so we have consulted with one of the top veterinarians in the U.S. to help us give our puppies the best start.

The puppy will come with a health certificate signed by the vet, registration papers, pedigree and a current shot record.

All puppies will be checked by the veterinarian at 6 weeks of age. They will then be rechecked for their health certificate just prior to shipping. It is common to find hernias in the small breed dogs. Our vet fixes them and this is not a concern in the future for the dog. Our puppies are to be companion pets and we do not sell them as breeders.

We guarantees the puppy for 10 days from the date of purchase for Parvo and Distemper. If a loss occurs during that time for these reasons. We will replace the puppy with one of equal value. A written statement from the veterinarian detailing the health problem is required from the buyer.
We also guarantee the puppy for 1 year from date of purchase for genetic disorders. We require a written statement from the vet detailing the condition. If the puppy is found to have a genetic disorder, we would replace the puppy with one of equal value or refund the full purchase price upon the return of the puppy at the buyers exspense. The Buyer may choose to keep the puppy, thus assuming all future medical costs.
We will not be responsible for any veterinarian costs incurred by the buyer.

SHIPPING YOUR PUPPY

Shipping is very easy for you. We make all the arrangements for you and notify you of the flight schedule. All you have to do is go to the airport and pick up your new puppy. You will need a photo I.D.(drivers license) to pick up the puppy at the airport. The cost for shipping in the main 48 states of America is $250. If you live outside this area we would have to check on pricing. You may also drive to pick up your puppy. Due to the distance we are from the airport we can only ship on Tuesdays,Thursdays,Fridays and Saturdays.

If you are having your puppy shipped payment must be made in full 1 week prior to when you plan to receive your puppy. This will allow us enough time to make a vet appointment for the puppy's health certificate. Also to ensure that a flight will be available, as flights tend to fill up quickly.
